What I Will Do To Graduate from High
School
I am still a freshman, but I know what I must do to graduate from high school and then go on to a college of my choice. Even if I am still in 9th grade I know my grades from now are very important. They will determine whether I get into a private college or not. I have currently been trying to get all A’s for the semester grade. Right not I have 3 B’s and the rest are A’s. I am so close but to get the three more A’s I must focus and must turn in the best work that I can possibly do. After 9th grade, in 10th grade I will retake the PSAT even if it feels easy for me. But I will try to talk to the counselor and try to convince her to let me take the SAT since the PSAT seems too easy. I will also try to take the hardest and most advanced classes I could possibly take. I will pass the CAHSEE exam. I will also get into a band and play the alto saxophone again. By the 11th grade I will be taking AP classes. I will retake the SAT and study hard to get a great score. I will be looking more into financial aid and colleges and how CTY will help me get into a good college. Again I will take the most advanced classes I could get. In the 12th grade I will be taking college classes outside of school to prepare for a university. I will be narrowing down what field I want to study and major in but I will get my PhD. I will be visiting nearby universities that might interest me. By January that same school year, I will know for sure what I will study and where I will study.
